B-BBEE
As a B-BBEE level 2 training provider, we provide training programmes and consulting services to assist businesses in meeting their B-BBEE targets.
Our training programmes are aligned with the skills development requirements of the B-BBEE codes of good practice.
We assist companies to develop a Skills Development Plan that is aligned with the company’s B-BBEE goals and provide guidance on how to implement the plan effectively.

- Performance Development Group chooses centralized locations that are easily accessible to participants for face-to-face training events and hires local facilitators to eliminate the need for transportation. Instead of transporting supplies from our location, we use local vendors.
- In our offices, we've implemented a blended work model to reduce employee fuel usage, and we only hire remote employees when absolutely necessary.
- At our facilities, Performance Development Group recycles paper, aluminum, and plastic. We repair or buy refurbished technology whenever possible, and we reuse or repurpose office furniture.
Acting as a change agent: we use our skills and relationships to collaborate with others and influence activities that aim to make a difference and bring about positive change in the world around us.
- We hold a majority of client meetings over Teams rather than traveling to the customer’s site.
- In order to reduce paper waste, Performance Development Group has converted all printed training workbooks to fillable digital PDFs, and we've invested heavily in digital marketing, electronic registrations, and online communications - we're offering more digital products.
